Trainings are central tools for the qualification of your employees - also within Q-Matrix.

In Q-Matrix, a distinction is made between the trainings that a manager agrees with the employee in a meeting and the trainings that have been predefined by the HR department.

 

IN Q-MATRIX YOU CAN WORK IN PARALLEL WITH A TRAINING CATALOG AND INDIVIDUAL TRAININGS

The predefined trainings of the HR department correspond to a training catalog that you can create within the basic data. You can use both types of trainings side by side, individually tailored to your needs, in the training administration.

 

QUALIFICATION MANAGEMENT AND TRAINING TRACKING MUST GO HAND IN HAND

The management and tracking of trainings is in a tabular overview of the trainings for all employees, visible to the currently registered Q-Matrix user.

Q-Matrix provides you with numerous filter and sorting options. In addition, all fields of the training management can be grouped according to your requirements. The status field is particularly important here. This field shows you the current status of the training. You can see immediately whether a training is still open, already completed, expired or archived.

 

CALENDAR VIEWS FOR EVEN MORE OVERVIEW AND TRANSPARENCY

Use the clear calendar views to see which of your employees are completing their qualification trainings, instructions and training per day. These views also offer maximum transparency for your trainings planning.

 

TRAINING DETAILS AND EVIDENCE / DOCUMENTS

For individual trainings, specify the type of training, the organizer and all validity dates in the details. The HR department's ready-made catalog of training makes your work easier, especially for recurring trainings.

The additional definition of certificates and target hours that must be fulfilled within an individual training provides you with further important evaluation parameters.
