Define your skills hierarchies individually with a skills management system tailored to each individual job / position. In addition to an employee's primary job, you can assign them additional jobs / positions at any time, including multi-project management tasks.

Store documents, objective agreements, meeting minutes, qualification trainings and qualification certificates in the employee details. Work easily and clearly with lists and forms for activities, jobs, skills and their assessment in your employees' qualification matrix.

JOB - ACTIVITIES
Assign specifically weighted activities to each job / position in the company.
In Q-Matrix, you assign the respective activities to the jobs / positions and determine the weighting of the activities in the overall evaluation of your employees. In a second step, once the activities have been assigned to the jobs / positions, you can also link activities directly to the employees assigned to each job / position.
EVALUATION STRUCTURE WITH WEIGHTED ACTIVITIES
You have defined a valuation structure in the master data. Based on this, you enter a minimum score level for each activity. If an employee does not reach the defined level, a need for qualification is displayed. In addition, each activity at a job / position can be weighted differently and determines the intensity with which this activity / individual task is included in the overall assessment of an employee.
BASIC DATA
Q-Matrix Qualification Management provides you with detailed information about the qualification status of your employees and all of your company's qualification activities.
The basis for this is provided by the basic data that fills Q-Matrix with life. You add training-specific information to the master data. Enter basic settings for training courses, further trainings and employee appraisals in the basic data.
INDIVIDUAL CATALOG OF TRAININGS
Use Q-Matrix to create a catalog of quality assurance trainings for your company and define standard trainings, recurring trainings, interval trainings and individual trainings for your employees, employee groups, departments, jobs / positions or company divisions.
DEFINE JOB / POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Set up each job / position in such a way that you define in advance the basic and in-depth knowledge that you require of an employee for the activity at this job / position. By entering master data, you lay the foundation for identifying leadership skills, suitability for multi-project management, defining trainings and much more.
ORGANIZE TRAININGS
The management of trainings for qualification management is a core function of Q-Matrix for working with trainings in your company. You can create and edit your own customized trainings and monitor their status.
You can plan specific trainings, training courses or interviews based on the information from the qualification matrix. Assign the trainings to your employees according their need. Specify the duration of trainings or record the target hours to be achieved annually for each employee's training activities. You can monitor progress and archive the trainings once they have been successfully completed.
ASSIGNMENTS AT A GLANCE

USER ADMINISTRATION
Q-Matrix user administration offers you functions for the secure administration of user structures.
Q-Matrix distinguishes between different user roles, which have different rights with regard to the availability of system areas, features and functions.
SOME USER ROLES OF Q-MATRIX ARE
- The administrator has access to all areas and functions in the program.
- The HR department has almost full access to all menu items, only user management is reserved for the administrator.
- Division, department or team managers do not have access to the master and basic data or to the administration area. These users will only see employees who belong to their respective organizational units in the evaluation and qualification area.
