An assignment is allocated to a workplace or an employee. An assignment can of course also be entered for a limited period of time or retroactively for an employee. For example, an employee may have held the assignment for data protection from 01.01.2012 to 31.12.2014.

All assignments and recorded data can be evaluated and listed in a separate area within Q-Matrix. Q-Matrix has a flexible graphical evaluation tool so that the overview of assignments can be individually focused.
