TUTORIAL - ASSIGNMENTS
Q-Matrix also allows you to manage the assignments in your company. After all, assignments such as safety officers or environmental officers have long been required by law.

To organize your assignments in Q-Matrix, first create the assignment types that exist in your company in the basic data. You basically treat an order in the same way as a work center. You therefore first create a job in the master data.
Now the assignment type column comes into play: here you select which type of assignment the job you have just created should be. For example, you create a job Safety Officer and assign the assignment type Safety Officer.

Now view the assignments in the employee details. Once you have refreshed the view, the assignment is entered here. You can now enter further details about the assignment here, such as the time period for the assignment and the department in which the employee carries out the assignment.
