In most organizations, officers are named for various topics and tasks, for example for data protection, workplace safety and fire safety.

All Assignments at a Glance

An individual can be assigned or appointed to a specific assignment or mission for a specific period of time, and Q-Matrix™ helps track the assignments. An appointment can be limited in time or entered retroactively for an individual. For example, an individual may be assigned to the role of data protection officer from January 1, 2012 until December 31, 2014.

Evaluating Assignments in Q-Matrix™

All assignments can be evaluated and listed in a separate area within Q-Matrix™. Assignments can be reviewed individually, and Q-Matrix™ provides a flexible, graphical reporting tool to support analysis.
